Hybrid Presentations
The Black Bag Collective are explorers. Currently we are pioneering online, virtual spaces. We have an ever evolving installation and open building space on Odyssey Island in Second Life where we regularly present artwork, installation and performance work. We have been presenting both online-only work as well as live performances simultaneously in the virtual environments of Second Life and in venues in St. John's. Some of our recent hybrid reality and simultaneous events:

- Chapbook Release - Anthony Brenton released his new chapbook Daybreak Saint City, (published by Trainwreck Press ), live at the Reject Room. Anthony was joined by Liz Solo to read from new work at both the real world venue the Reject Room and in the Second Life version of the same venue.
- Artists Talks/Demonstrations - Artists talk and demonstrate their work and practice to Rock Can Roll Conference audiences via the platform of Second Life; Featured Artists:Tom Jantol, Stelarc, the Second Front, The Avatar Orchestra Metaverse, Eifachfilm Vacirca (Germany).
- I Am Coop - Group show including poetry installation featuring Anthony Brenton and Luke Power; new visual artwork and virtual installation featuring Steve Abbott/Steevo Atlas.
- Have a Hotdog, Have a Nice Day, online installation about meat, by Liz Solo/lizsolo Mathilde. Odyssey Island.
- Live Concert Series Live concerts happening simultaneously at various locations in Second Life and live at the Reject Room. Featured artists: Steve Abbott, Mike Kean, Liz Solo with special guests Jenny Naish and Ian Nightengale.
- At the Virtual Ship Live concerts at the virtual Ship in Second Life and simultaneously at the Ship in St John's featuring musicians Mike Kean, Alex Pierson, Marcel Levandier, Sam Hall, the Pathological Lovers, Steve Abbott and Liz Solo.
